Our Response To COVID-19
At Jamieson the safety, health and wellbeing of our people, stakeholders and the wider global community is our first priority.
As the effects of the COVID-19 situation continue to unfold with various implications for our society and economy, we will continue to keep a close eye on advice from the Australian Government, the World Health Organisation, and the Health Department to enact the appropriate response to the Coronavirus.
Following this guidance and with the firm intention of flattening the curve, Jamieson have introduced the following response measures:
- Implementing the social distancing policy for all staff.
- Cancelling all non-essential travel
- Cancelling face to face meetings with all external parties
- Introducing work from home arrangements, offering relevant staff the option to use our cloud-based technology and tools to continue business as usual from home, whether under self-isolation or not.
Open For Business
With these measures in place, Jamieson will remain open and continue all sales, hire and service operations, including providing support to crucial road transport and heavy haulage operators wherever possible.
However, in line with the government’s physical distancing and self-isolation guidelines, we respectfully request that customers do not visit our office at this time.
